Charlie tried distracting herself with continuing the rehabilitation of sinners because the guilt was too much for her to bear with. The others haven't mentioned the fight since they found out Alastor died. They felt too ashamed for thinking that he was just a monster and nothing more. Everyone thought that it was over.
