While not knowing the true feelings that both Absol and Lucario have towards her, Ash's Bayleef continues her tour of the Veilstone City Gym, unaware that she is, unintentionally, setting up an inevitable conflict. A short time later, the trio of Pokémon belonging to Drew arrive at the gym, and, immediately, it doesn't take long for things to get testy between the Aura and Disaster Pokémon. When their true feelings are finally revealed, both males come to the conclusion that there is only one way to settle this dispute... An all-out battle of Mega Evolutions... It's Mega Absol vs. Mega Lucario! Light in the Darkness vs. Destined Aura...! Only one will remain standing... With everything on the line in this winner-takes-all battle, who will prevail and achieve their destiny with Ash's adorable grass type?

Ash is unable to start a journey at the age of ten like any other kids. His mother fell ill with a terminal disease cutting his plans short. However, just because he is unable to journey it doesn't mean he won't have his own adventures. Pokemon is not mine, that cover is a poor attempt of mine to draw. Lol! The art is really basic, I know. It's pretty much shadow drawing.

Cahira was a lost girl, abandoned and alone. Then a man came along, saving her from her misery and pain. He took her in, travelling with her and helping her catch her first pokemon, an Absol. However, he soon dissapeared, with the simple instructions for Cahira to find him when she was stronger. Now Cahira travels around the Kanto and Johto regions, battling gym leaders and gaining more pokemon to find the man who helped her. *I do not own Pokemon or any of the characters except Cahira* (On hold until I can work up the effort to continue - shouldnt be too much longer!)

Upon arriving in Veilstone City in the Sinnoh Region, Ash's Bayleef finds out about the gym there, which specializes in fighting type Pokémon, and decides to head there just before the Coordinator Convention begins. Once she enters the gym, she meets the gym leader's ace, and the two of them form a strong friendship that not only appears strong on the outside... But may also have the ace Pokémon himself question his own power within... As Drew's Absol waits for the convention for his own reasons, events inside the gym may turn everything completely upside down...

The first chapter of a fan-fiction, starring Ash's adorable Bayleef, in which new visitor arrive at Oak's Laboratory, immediately start a whole new set of adventures and surprises with her and some other of Ash's Pokemon, and invite her to come along with them to an event in Sinnoh, where, unbeknownst to her, a whole new destiny will await her.
