Mei Pei Chi is an Orphan who studied martial arts ever since she was a kid and has dreamed of protecting New York City. Her "Best Friend" is/was Larota. Who is a vigilante or anti hero. The two girls have been best friends since childhood but that changed when Mei became a police officer at 16 years old. Larota disappeared suddenly to protect her people. Mei may have lost her sister but she found a new friend. Talena Stockman. Although she is Baxter Stockman's daughter she isn't a bad guy. Or is she? Talena is very smart and wants revenge for what her father did to her. She was forced to work with Shredder but she has a friend who was his secret daughter. Amoly Saki. And Amoly just so happens to be besties with Larota. Larota may be one of the most wanted ciminal in New York now but its for a reason. All three of them have some sort of plan but they need Mei Pei Chi. She asked for it to happen anyway...

What will this mean for them and what will happen between them will they be friends or maybe.........lovers? And maybe meet some old friends? And met a dangerous foe for the past and present.
