After episode 11, but before 12 aired. Loosely my interpretation of the spoilers. A bit wishy washy my writing this time.

Half way through her first day she meets the handsome Dr Caleb Knight, who instantly starts flirting with her,but she has a crush on her mentor Ethan. a few minutes later she finds out that the two are brothers and realises that she has a crush on both of them. Spencer has a two year old son called Quentin and when her ex comes in with Q in his arms, the three doctors suspect something's wrong!
