Arthur assumes Merlin would remember too but he's sadly mistaken when Merlin acts the same as "the first time around." Arthur's top priority besides making sure Merlin still becomes his servant: Get Merlin to tell him about his magic or purposefully look for it and catch him. He wants this so they can pretty much start out with no secrets between them. Little do they know, there's something different with Morgana this time around.
