Five Feet Apart Fanfic: It has been four years since Will and Stella were last seen in the story Five Feet Apart. Their story hasn't ended yet, though. Stella has been going to college and is almost graduated with a bachelor's in Computer Science. While Will has been traveling the world, visiting every place he can go without being inside a hospital all the time there. Stella and Will stay in touch, and their love for each other is never lost as most would expect. Will comes home for Christmas to surprise Stella and a few of his friends. There is a big ceremony a few weeks after Christmas that he is looking forward to attending with Stella.
