Nothing but yourself, and a mirror; being left alone with only your thoughts is dangerous. *****This is my figurative story about how I overcame my body dysmorphia insecurities and how I was alone during the process. She's been through the bad, good, and all of the above, and the craziest part: I don't even know her in real life!
