Cale thought while looking towards the ceiling. «It's not like I miss my old life.» There really wasn't much. In addition to being an orphan and penniless, he also developed anemia during his teenage years due to poor nutrition. --- Cale thought about his so-called plans while slowly closing his eyes in satisfaction. The Indestructible Shield. Cale thought of this first formless force that he was going to acquire. As he was organizing his plans, he suddenly opened his eyes and a severe headache overwhelmed him. In his panic he got up from his chair but his vision was blurred. He quickly tried to hold on to the desk with one hand, the other being on his head, although he did so, he still ended up passing out. Basically I added a few characters and changed some plot things bc I would love the concept of a second red dragon. The red original dragon is a rose red while this one of a wine or blood red.

The war is over, the White Star (Radish) is dead for good, and the God of Despair has been resealed, but Cale's ever so elusive Slacker Life is still out of reach with the looming threat of the Hunters. The God of Death, knowing that he is at least partially responsible for the chaos that has been Cale's life so far, decides to give him a gift (besides the ones he already originally planned to give him), the gift of truth. Not for Cale, but for those he cares for. He will take the burden of secrets from Cale's shoulders, if only to lighten the heavy load he tries to carry on his own. Or Cale's loved ones, friends, and allies across multiple worlds are summoned to read his story (legend). Spoiler warning for the novel through the end of part one (not all chapters will be included in this version, but Cale likes to info bomb people, so spoilers are possible for the entire thing). There are several chapters before the reactions start. This is the speed run version that will only cover portions of the novel instead of the entire novel chapter by chapter like my original version does.
