I couldn't breathe, no words came out as I slowly turned towards the door, I turned slowly,my wrist was set free and a mask was left balancing on the corner of the washer. The initials B.S were carved into the back of the mask, I flipped it over jumping a little when I found it painted solid red with too black tiny holes that were used to see out of poked into the mask. I was suddenly snapped out of my trans when I heard a baby cry, that's when it hit me. I forgot Emily was home.
