meloney spent her entire life growing up in brooklyn, new york. she wouldn't rather call any other place home. she loved her family, the constant support, love, and encouragement that they always gave her throughout her life, and how close they remained. now, meloney had just graduated college and aspires to be a professional photographer. throughout her journey she meets and quickly falls in love with an african american man named damon, who doesn't fail to impress her and her entire family, causing them to fall equally in love with his charming presence, but as time goes on meloney can't help but feel as if something's missing. everything looked perfect from the outside looking in, but as much as she loved her life and damon, it just didn't feel right, and then anthony came into her life at an unexpected turn to change everything, until meloney's dad had a word or two to say about it.
