Beauxbatons Academy of Magic (French: Académie de Magie Beauxbâtons) was the French wizarding school, in the Pyrenees mountains of southern France. When the girls from Beauxbatons Academy of Magic take a trip to Hogwarts to spend the year for the Goblet of Fire, only a few are selected. 14 year old Carina Dubois is the kind to make sure she is one of them to go. Even though she is not of age, she finds a way into Hogwarts. Alongside Carina is her best friend Elaine Delacour and both girls' sisters. Carina finds that Hogwarts is everything she dreams it would be. Her very own Wonderland and escape from her reality. Out of anyone, Carina runs into a notorious blonde boy; Draco Malfoy. She feels oddly connected to him, and can't seem to stay away. The two of them find out that they have more in common than it seems. Carina's new life at Hogwarts was perfect, until it wasn't. But hey, anything seems to go in a different direction for a little french girl. A story about a french girl who wants to escape her life. A story about a boy who is insecure and scared. A story about two lovers who aren't as different as they seem. A story about love and tragedy. Not just another love story. Although some could argue that their equally glorious, but also of different length hair sets them apart, James and Aurelia Potter tend to be mistaken for one another. This neither can understand. While James was sent to Hogwarts, Aurelia received her letters of acceptance to both Hogwarts and Beauxbatons, which led to the beginning of a new life for her in France, away from her brother. This arrangement lasted until Aurelia turned sixteen and she received a letter from her parents, asking her to come back home, to go to Hogwarts with her brother. Not that she would point it out to her parents, she knows a lot more than she lets on about the wizarding world's dilemmas, believing that their decision was more based around keeping her safe from Voldemort than bringing her and James closer again as they claimed. Something Aurelia hadn't been expecting was that she would end up being so different from her family and that she would find love in a Death Eater. "It's not like the cup would pick him in the first place, right?" He tried to comfort her with a warm look on his face. "Right," she gives him a small smile, she could tell that he was comforting her just a little bit. And it worked. ~ ~ ~ ~ "In which she tried to shrug it off as a god awful dream." ~ ~ ~ ~ The story continues as Miss Slytherin maneuvers her new life thinking that all the awful things she's felt were all just a dream.
