It's been about a year and a half since Beetlejuice left the Deetz-Maitlands- and quite theatrically. Life is safer, and much calmer- but it's clear that it's gotten bland and boring. And what are the chances a gothy teen feels a little lonely? This is a bit of a slow meet to the characters, but the gist is Beetlejuice comes back, and he finds a starving girl on the streets (Wow, it's you, with the sob story! Who would've guessed??) and brings you to the Maitlands in a wave of consideration and your life takes off from there. (And yeah, the story mainly centers on softening our ghost with the most. PS, hope you don't mind being someone who identifies with she/they pronouns, and has the structure of a female!)

With Lydia still in mourning for the death of her father, her mother Emily moves her and her new life coach Lawrence to a new house. There, Lydia meets and befriends a lonely recently deceased couple who are still yearning for a child of their own and a lonely demon woman named Delia who really just wants to have a friend.... Someone who can finally see her.

The holiday season has arrived at the Deetz-Maitland house and everyone is getting into the holiday spirit along with the house's literal spirits the Maitlands and the bio exorcist demon, Beetlejuice. Not only that but there is gonna be a new addition coming into the step-family along with a long-time e-pal from California Lydia befriended online named Cassidy how will this strange and unusual girl get through Christmastime especially with a new step-sibling that might be born on that day along with dealing with her demon BFFFF forever. After an incident with the demon, his mental health really depreciates, and unpleasant memories come flooding back. After some persuasion, Betelgeuse finally speaks up about his past. Status: complete Betelgeuse has just revealed the truth about who he is. Something happens and he ends up banished and completely powerless and the past is changes so everything is how it once was. Somehow, he ends up in a foster home where one HATED schizophrenic trans male foster child can see him and he saves him. TW: Will be very little abuse in a few chapters but nothing more or too intense.
