She specializes in electric circuits and throwing knives. After her games she ends up with severe PTSD but then she meets another victor called Finnick Odair, she at first despises his cocky and entitled demeanor. Soon after Katniss and Peeta's games she falls for Finnick, then the 75th games happen. All characters unless said otherwise are all owned by Suzanne Collins.

Peeta and I had just arrived in the capitol to participate in the 75th hunger games. It was horrible. I just couldn't imagine having to be in the games again, and the worst part was that this time one of us had to die. That's what I was most worried about right now. I didn't want Peeta to die, because he was my friend and a really good person. The one that deserved to die was me. I was a fool and didn't even cared about anything but surviving.
