(Disclaimer: I own nothing but the story idea, plot, and OCs) Bug Catching, a pastime for adventurous kids looking to have fun while catching and learning about various exciting bugs. During a spring event for a 7th-grade class. Ari Taylor, Jackson Marigold, and Zoey Stagnet find three strange metallic bugs. A red Kabuto beetle, a blue Stag Beetle, and a Yellow Hornet. After taming these wild insects with fast food chicken nuggets, they soon discover that more of these strange metal bugs are here. But these bugs aren't so friendly. The Metallix, as the kids called them, begin to invade as a territorial war between the Ant and Bee Metalllix breaks out with the city of Steel Grove caught in the middle and all sorts of Metallix bugs from either or neither side. To defend their city, they merge with the bugs they saw and tamed but this fails as their young bodies can't handle the power of the Metallix.
