There's little to no content of Musical Beetlejuice x readers so I'm here to supply everyone with some sustenance in these hard times. This is also my first fanfiction so feel free to let me know if I should continue it! (This also takes place a couple of months after the events of the Musical's story!)

Lydia and you have been best friends since the beginning of time. Everyone saw her as strange and unusual, but you saw past her dark clothes and demeanor. After the passing of Emily Deetz, Lydia's mother, it was only natural that she confides in you. Dealing with family issues yourself, you often sleepover. One night, when you don't fall asleep so quickly, you're surprised to see a new face on the roof of Lydia's home. For a ghost though, you find him kind of charming. \\\\\\\\ Beetlejuice (musical, movie, and cartoon) belong to their rightful creators, I only own the words of this story :).

When sisters -Lailah and Emma- move into a new house, they just expected to get away from their parents. What they didn't expect was that two ghosts, and a very interesting demon, would be inhabiting their new home.

Lydia Deetz didn't want to pack up her life and move away. She knew the real reason why they were doing it. And when she meets a guy with a thing for stripes, she decides that if her life's going to be ruined..she may as well have some fun. (This fanfic will mainly be centered on the musical canon- the characters will have the same looks and personality and such. However there may be a couple inspirations from the cartoon as well...you'll know when you see them :) also there won't be B**tleb*bes just friendship)
