Chris and Michelle head out into the forest to do some camping. When Chris steps outside the tent to heed the call of nature, and does not return, Michelle begins to suspect the worst - and for good reason...

Eric is only in his early thirties, but every night he can hear the inescapable call of death. Fear burdens him continuously, and depression has infected his spirit to the point that he feels almost ready to give up. He feels as though his life is over, and he has nothing more to live for - but that's not what he wants, he WANTS to be happy, and can find no reason why he should not be. Enter Carrie, the hot, young bartender that makes him feel alive again. Throwing caution to the wind, Eric gives in to his urges and accompanies the young woman home.

Rick, a single man with no family, heads off into the mountains to spend the holiday at his friend's cottage. It doesn't take long for strange things to start happening, and as the voice on the radio will soon tell him, no one is ever truly alone in these mountains.
