Elise Bell is a Marvel OC (Original Character) who works as a sorceress in the London Sanctum. Due to the fact that it had gotten destroyed by Kaecilius, Elise had to take the time to come back and help rebuild the Sanctum. Upon finding the right time, she was soon asked to be the one who protected the Sanctum from being destroyed again. It is great that she does so, because currently, no harm has come to the Sanctum since. With the help of a young pupil, Olivia Walker, Elise currently teaches the art of sorcery to her students, while outside of the job, Elise is actually a photographer who takes many requests to raise money to keep the London Sanctum on it's feet... Rebuilding a whole building like that is not easy, and certainly not cheap.
