A recurring dream of a train that will ride her to freedom is never far from mind. When she sees the train from her dreams in real life, she knows her freedom is near. All that stands between her and her freedom, is her ruthless father. He has kept her imprisoned her entire life, training her to be physically sharp, and mentally sharper. A short story dedicated to my fantastic art teacher Jerry Miller, he wrote me a song called Little Wren and I wanted to write this story as a thank you for his beautiful song! He told me he came up with the idea when he woke up and saw a wren outside his window and started to write down lyrics and magically it became a song. I am not going to lie when he sang it to me I started balling. I am so grateful to have such an amazing person in my life and I wanted to show how much I love him by writing this story that corresponded to the lyrics of his song. Seriously, I wish he was my grandpa, because in my opinion he would be the coolest grandpa ever! Anyways, I hope you like my short story and that you have a lovely day! <3 PS.
