Generations have passed since Avatar Korra stood among the people of Earth as its sworn protector. Since then, a multitude of large cults have formulated around the world with the sole purpose of questioning and corrupting the Avatar's intent. In a world dominated by conspiracy theorists, ruthless violence, and a constant need to question authority, the Avatar has chosen, for a number of reasons presumably, to remain nameless. Some even believed that Korra had been killed in the Avatar state, and thus ended the cycle. That is, until a young firebender from what is now known as Lake City comes forward with claims of being the Avatar. With the help of her friends and mentors, Jayme, Tara, Mak-Lin, Swift, and Zu-Lee, Kaya Yakedo attempts to master the four elements and return honour to the Avatar's name, all while protecting her city from a merciless terrorist group that's after her head.

The Legend Reborn is a story I wrote in late 2014 about the Avatar after Korra. After the release of the Legend of Korra follow up comics I went back and added references to the events of the comics but didn't change my story. Following the 2021 announcement of Avatar Studios I decided to share my ideas since it's very possible Bryke could decide to continue the Avatar Cycle and render my story implausible. I hope they instead decide to go backwards (possibly a Kyoshi series) since there are also many other great fan projects that would be rendered implausible by a Korra sequel (notably The Legend of Genji, a project very different from my own but has my respect and admiration). But who am I to disagree with what Mike and Bryan do with their own fantastic universe. It's been a year since Bumi left Republic City to join the military of the United Forces. His return delighted many people, especially Lin but excluding Tenzin by reason of his brother and girlfriend getting unusually closer. Tenzin is skeptical about their friendship and is almost certain that there's more behind it.

Avatar Story of Huang takes place 60 years after the events of the fourth book of the Legend of Korra and follows the story of the next avatar, a boy named Huang who happens to be the prince of Omashu. In a series of five books, we will see Huang go through love, sorrow, anger, joy, pain and agony but these events will make him stronger and wiser, eventually a fully realized avatar will arise and bring balance to the world.
