I randomly decided to write stuff down that felt important and someone told me I should share them on here.

Life can be hard, especially when you feel not right with who you are, so in this book you will find some poems which might show you "why you are always goood enough".

A place where my heart is free, my mind is open and I am able to express how and what it is I feel. In here you will learn more about me as the days go by and as something new happens. I've never really been good at writing in journal's nor keeping up to date but I thought I'd give it another shot before completely bailing on the idea. Hope some of you can find it relatable and I hope it helps in some way.

Know this hard truth, you know you are meant to live your life alone because when it comes to your world you are the only one who matters. I know you would want to ask how are you supposed to live your life alone, yes it is possible to be alone without needing any accompanying from no one before you will need to be fine. You know when you are able to learn and master being alone, that is where you would feel the real you and have full peace of mind and also love who you are. You would truly know your own worth and have so much peace within after you master being alone Also when you try and learn how to master being alone it takes people pleasing out of you, and also takes away so many negative energy from you because you no longer accompany negative people and energy or listen to bad talks people says around Well to be honest, when you start trying to be alone it is not something that is going to be easy just like that, because you are leaving what you are familiar too and practicing a new style of living. So when it happens like that it sometimes get you a little bit loss and confused. Most times you would be questioning everything that is happening around you and it is fine to feel like that sometimes, but in all just focus only on the positive energy and keep going.

I was in the supermarket holding a bottle of red wine, pasta, a bunch of tomatoes, chips, and a bar of chocolate, when existential crisis hit me. I was ready to pay and go to my uncle's apartment where I was staying alone as a getaway from major depressive phase. While I was standing in front of the chips aisle with the wine bottle under my arm, I thought "is it adulting?" Going home alone for a movie night with homemade pasta and wine? In the sound of my short and comfortable heels, I felt the glance of adulting shine over me. The glance of light which lived shorter than the light speed. I quickly came back to my reality: What adulting are you talking about? You are 24, unemployed, never worked in your life. You probably will do nothing with your degree. You are in depression, feeling lonely, and shopping with your long-distance husband's money. Do you feel like an adult? Definitely, not. Do you feel like a broken twenty-something in existential crisis? Hell yes!
