PLEASE CARRY ON TO READING SUMMARY BELOW. Most people know that Light Rose died in a car crash a year ago. Three people know differently. A year after Dawn Rose died and her twin sister Light chose to go along with her mothers wish that Light had been killed instead things have changed. On the one year anniveristy gathering Light Rose will make a choice. One that will kill her sister forever.

Kathryn is a teenage girl with a scarred past. Her family moves to San Francisco from Seattle for a fresh start and to move on from the events that changed Kathryn forever. She is reluctant about getting new friends and being at a new school but those feelings begin to fade once she meets Vanessa, her new neighbor. Her kindness towards Kathryn give her hope that maybe she can heal in this new place that she now calls home. But will this friendship stay a friendship or become something more?

You will never be happy if you keep living the dreams of others, happiness will be found if you wake up and choose to live your dreams. No matter how big or small your dreams are.

My grandma has always been a motivation to me. She passed when I was seven years old. Ever after thirteen years of her passing I still feel like she's guiding me. This is a poem/ conversation with my grandma. 💖
