In a world frozen under ice, where survival is a daily battle, Béline, a farmer at an academy, sees her life take a dramatic turn. Like all the farms in the region, hers suffers from constant raids, orchestrated by two rival alliance leaders. Until now, she never understood why these attacks seemed to specifically target her. But what she eventually uncovers defies comprehension. This secret shatters her perception of the war for survival and thrusts her into a spiral she never saw coming.
