Sirius and Remus spend as much time as possible filming their little girl, Belle, and so Dumbeldore decided to send some of that footage into the past for Hogwarts to view so as to not lose hope in the war against Voldemort and that there is still a chance for them to win if they comtinue fighting for whats right.
