Gerard is the new kid at Belleville High. He tries to fit in with the norm but he can't fight who he really is. He meets some friends along the way who actually get his weirdness. He finds a girl he "likes".

Frank's dad is a drummer. Henri's dad is a soundboard engineer and she's spent the last nine years of her life moving around with her dad, going to local shows and hearing amazing music, but when her dad hits it big and is to go on tour across the country, things change for Henri. She goes to one last show with her dad before he sends her off to go live with her aunt, uncle, and cousins in New Jersey so she can finish out her senior year and graduate. Gerard Way, the troubled twenty-three year old who left his hometown and swore to never return, finds himself back in Belleville after his four year departure. His reappearance is prompted by a mysterious force, and he's determined to find it. However, he isn't prepared for when that 'it' becomes a 'he' by the name of Frank Iero. Frank Iero, the depressed nineteen year-old with antisocial tendencies manages to make a friend, Gerard, but he didn't want friends. Why? Because he wasn't planning to stay long. He gives himself 31 days to decide. Stay with Gerard and maybe find help? Or leave and end his misery like he wants to? Only time will decide.
