Susanna was the one who owned the house she had also been her mom's "best friend" since they where In college. Susanna had one son and one daughter. Clara Fisher was the older one by a year and a half, she had shaggy short hair and loved to surf.

Belly and Jeremiah didn't get married. Conrad never told Belly that he still loved her. It's been four years and Conrad finally comes home from California to spend his last 'free' summer in Cousins before his residency. Belly graduated two years ago and works at a publishing house in New York. She still doesn't speak with either of the Fisher boys but she's spent every summer since her ill fated wedding at Cousins.
