Years later the government's decided to shut down the facilities, all the children were to brought to a rehabilitation boarding school. William was part of the last facility to be shut down, his ability went haywire and he ended up massacring most of the group. In a fit William ran off to the largest mountain that watched over the town below. But these events were only the beginning, these events were leading up to a much larger story and our main character would start it all. *** This is a short story, just a little insight on what happened to start the events of the second book.
