Ever since Cotillion, Mal hasn't been acting like herself. She's constantly bubbly and upbeat, she never does anything bad anymore, and she's been spending less and less time with her friends from the Isle. Evie, Mal's best friend, seems to be the most affected by the change, and she knows something that the others don't. When Mal visits her one day, Evie immediately knows something's scaring Mal, making her wonder what she could possibly be afraid of, other than her mother, Maleficent. I don't own Descendants. After his first week at Auradon, Carlos De Vil is certain about two things: 1. He loves chocolate. 2. He has a huge crush on Ben Ben Beast ,on the other hand, isn't so sure about his feelings. Before the VKs came to Auradon was certain he was in love with his girlfriend, Audrey. Then when he first met Carlos those feelings for Audrey started to vanish. But when a new VK arrives at Auradon Prep and starts showing interest in Carlos, Bens feelings start to become a lot clearer. (This book is a Ben x Carlos story. It doesn't follow the events of the movie)
