When (Y/N) is a child her mother is swiftly fired from Joey Drew Studios due to l as ck of funding on Joey's part, and not long after (Y/N) 's Uncle Sammy Lawrence goes missing while working at the facility. Years later when their mother returns them to their home town, (Y/N) finds an odd letter in the mail and decides to keep it a secret from their mother and go and investigate on their own.

I am an animator at Joey Drew Studios... well, I used to be. My first day at the studio was five years ago, I was only 18 then. I loved my job, other than the fact that the hours to work were starting to become unrealistic once Joey Drew - my boss - saw my talent. The studio shut down right after my 19th birthday. Fast forward to the present, I got a letter in my mailbox from Joey saying he had something interesting to show me. Well... things do get interesting, don't they?
