One day, Benimaru was out in Tempest patroling as usual when suddenly he received a thought communication from souei saying that he was witnessing a fight between a silver furred wolf and some high ranked monsters and that he couldn't fight them because his skills were ineffective against the monsters. So Rimuru asked Benimaru to go and help souei and when he reached there he immediately vanquish the monsters using his hell flare. After that only did he realize how beautiful the wolf was. They took it back to Tempest to be healed. When it woke up, it was very alert around them but as time passed, the wolf began to warm up to everyone especially Benimaru.
