Pre & Post season 3. Dex's mind is in pieces after he lost to Fisk and the Devil of Hell's kitchen. He is without a North Star or Dr. Mercer's tapes. All he can do is reflect on the one person that made him feel. Not knowing if she is alive or dead is more then he can take. The last time they spoke, they were no longer on the same side. He makes it his mission to return to Hell's Kitchen, to take revenge on his enemies and to see her again.

(This takes during the 2016 Daredevil series, specifically season three) When Dinah was offered a job at the FBI after her chaos with Frank Castle, she took it. She didn't realize that she would be thrown head first into the team using Wilson Fisk as a snitch in prison. Everyone hated him, but after an attack-they had to transport him to a million dollar penthouse in Manhattan. During this transportation, an attack occurred, and Dinah came face to face with Benjamin Poindexter. A man with "really good aim."
