It distracted him from himself, and the sight of the life slipping effortlessly from his father's caring eyes. The sight that haunted him, day and night. Rey had a duty to uphold. Han was gone. Leia had little hope. Luke had no faith in anything or anyone. The resitance. The first order. It was all the same to him. She was the only one who could save Ben Solo. The only one who could get close enough to gain inside information on the first order. But, after accidentally stealing Ben's heart, would she be able to stay on the path she had believed she was destined for? And more importantly, where would her loyalties lie?

In the wake of the sinister FINAL ORDER's defeat, and the deaths of EMPEROR PALPATINE and BEN SOLO, a fragile balance now reigns in the galaxy. Yet, the new Grey Jedi, REY, has never been more alone. Let's just say, for example, traveling in time. Backwards in time, to be specific. With two very specific people sharing the memories of the previous timeline. Rey and Ben.
