War rages through France once more as the Iris Libre suddenly turns on their own country and starts trying to blast it all to kingdom come. It's not a surprise as to which side the commander picks in this civil war, but when it becomes apparent that outside forces have been trying to mess with him and the girls, it's going to come down to sheer willpower and tact to reunite a land that has been ravaged by the spirits of battle. Le Commandant, the devil wears blue.

Ever since the commander has gone missing both French navies have been performing fervorous searches to try and find him, with a strategist from the Vichya Dominion taking his place until he is found. When both navies do find the commander though, it'll take their combined efforts to make sure he comes back in one piece- or they'll both fall along with him.

The war may have been long over, but that doesn't mean all fighting has stopped. Even with the newfound peace that has come across France, Richelieu and the Iris Libre often find themselves butting heads with Jean Beart and the Vichya Dominion, sometimes to the point of trading a shell or two. Both sides have come to realize one thing though- if they're going to continue down whatever path they have planned they need more purely human interpretations, more namely they needed a commander to help guide them. Jacque of the French Navy has made a name for himself as a fearsome warrior of the seas, and he has just been promoted to the rank of commander. He's more than ready to command his first fleet, and his battle history has attracted the attention of Richelieu and Jean Bart. Unsurprisingly the two sisters try everything they can to convince the new commander that one side is better than the other, and he quickly realizes he's becoming the rope for a rather painful tug-of-war. If he can't make up his mind the two battleships might just end up tearing him apart in their attempts to recruit him...
