The Doctor is lost and confused after finding out who she truly is. Her TARDIS has also been acting quite strange lately, landing in places far from where she had originally meant to. She eventually lands on a barren, deserted planet, where she is met by an old friend with a dilemma that could only have been caused by the recent events that have unfolded around her. The Doctor knows she needs to figure it all out, though, along with the help of her fam, of course.
