It's complicated. He see's his best's friend's characteristics in her, his best friend's some - how physical similarities on her. The question is why hadn't he notice her until now? Maybe he did? But not from up close cause she has different world and if he wishes to be with her he has to hold back he's feelings for her and wait ? Her? Does she notice him? Let's just say it's a confusing ride.

They say people forget school friends when they grow up. I don't think I'll forget you. It's not like we did anything big. We just hung out, laughed at stupid stuff, shared snacks, talked about random things. But still, it meant something. I don't know how to explain it well, but this is my way of remembering.
