It's 1985 and StarCourt Mall has just opened up. The Harrington siblings have been put through an absolute shit show in the last couple months. Dustin went away to camp, and Mike and El have hooked up. Max and Lucas have actually started a relationship and Will's kind of been a third wheel. Well, there happens to be a couple of new kids and town and they just so happen to pop into Scoops Ahoy. This is a sequel to Harrington Heritage and A Harrington Halloween.
