Dustin went away to camp, and Mike and El have hooked up. Max and Lucas have actually started a relationship and Will's kind of been a third wheel. Well, there happens to be a couple of new kids and town and they just so happen to pop into Scoops Ahoy. This is a sequel to Harrington Heritage and A Harrington Halloween.
