Elle Evans has always loved music. It manifested in the many playlists she made for the people she loved most in her life of songs that reminded her of them. Specifically one made for her first real love, Noah Flynn. What happens when, unbeknownst to her, following their breakup, he never unfollowed said playlist? Movie universe, told through the songs and the situations that inspired them on that playlist beginning during the first movie and beyond the end of the third.

This is my version of the sequel to "The Kissing Booth" written by the fabulous author, Beth Reekles. I did not create any of these characters , all credit goes to Beth. She has written an official sequel called "The Beach House." You should definitely check it out, but my story takes place after the Netflix Original Movie "The Kissing Booth" so some details may differ from the original book. It's officially senior high, this means the last year for Elle Evans. It's been months since Noah has left for Harvard, and she's got her mind on her future. It's time to think about which college will benefit her, but conflict comes into the mix, making her think twice about where she wants to go. Will she make the right decision? Or will she have to say goodbye one last time?

"I know better than to try and stop you from going to Boston, but if you do decide to go...it's not going to be with me." I was lost, and Noah knew that even before I did. But that didn't make any of this less difficult. Everyone was telling me where to go, what to do, what I needed, but no one thought to ask me what I wanted, what I needed. Noah was no different than everyone else in my life. I needed to figure out who I was, by myself. And nobody was going to tell me how to get there. Elle Evans just had a summer from hell. She lost her boyfriend. She lost herself. Tired of everyone thinking they knew what the best for her was, she did what no one expected, she continued on her path, refusing to let anyone from now on influence her decisions. Noah Flynn thought he was making the right decision. He let his love go, so she could find herself. He wanted her to put herself first. He thought that would mean her staying in California with his brother, Lee. What he didn't expect was for her to end up in Boston. At his school. Living in the same building with her. Seeing her thrive makes him regret his decision to let her go. But will she feel the same?

My entry for the NCS "No We Can" short story competition. It is 3000 words long exactly. ~ Persephone lives in a ramshackle bungalow with her older brother Oliver. This short story follows them through a trying scenario.

So what happened in the six year gap between Noah and Elle's breakup and their reunion at the carnival? I loved the way the ending of TKB3 showed them potentially getting together again, but couldn't stop wondering how those years played out. Since I couldn't get it out of my head, I decided to write the story of what I think happened.

After 6 years Elle and Noah finally reunite and maybe create a new relationship. Time has changed but, did they ever really stop loving each other? How will Elle deal with seeing Noah all this time? Does Noah still have feelings for her? Why did he really break up with her? What's Lee's opinion on them getting back together? I do not own any of these characters as this is my continuation of the kissing booth series. These characters belong to Beth Reekles. This is my first book and I will try to post once or twice a week. I hope you enjoy this book.
