If they want to keep Gotham under their thumb of oppression, Bruce Wayne must be stopped. Lucas Fox's father is Wayne Foundation's second in command, and when he's found unconscious in a pool of his own blood in his office, Luke refuses to take this threat as lightly as Wayne. Luke will do anything to find those who target Gotham innocents, but can his family take any more stress? Barbara Gordon, Richard Grayson, and Elizabeth Kane may have the answer he's seeking.
