-Book One of the Better Day Series- In this time period of the world, the country fell. The humans couldn't support themselves. Those who didn't have a lot of money were forced out of their houses. And with that, they were moved to somewhere. They either became an unpaid worker somewhere in the world. Those who could afford to stay in their houses didn't stay long. The need for crowded towns were needed. With everyone running away to build their own towns, someone has to be left behind. Those who would rather not have an extra mouth to feed left behind their pets. Dogs and cats were left at the house, wondering where their owner went. The dogs and cats weren't just going to let themselves starve. That would have been a foolish thing to do. They became stronger and wiser, which helped some of them form a group. While some became stray, some dogs and cats formed a group together. They would all survive together and do everything together. It was their destiny to find shelter. If none of their pathetic past owners wouldn't do it, they might as well do it themselves. That was the way they finally thought. Alice is the leader of the pack, leading them and helping them around. Of course, her position doesn't affect how she does everything with the other dogs and cats. Her position was picked with a vote, not by teeth, but Alice thought it would be different. When in past life, Alice was a dog that was forced to fight. She was forced to fight other dogs and kill, but now she was free. Alice knew her owners were probably dead by now, but she has the feeling something is around from her past to haunt her. With how it seems, Alice might be haunted by the one thing she couldn't stand after leaving the fighting grounds; burning flesh.

When you are caught in the rain, instinctively you look for a place to hide until it stops. But what if it never does?

Life is full of challenges. Life has its ups and downs. We can't expect there is "perfect" in life as nothing is forever. Sometimes life can knock you down very hard like you can't really hold the pain of it and you just shock and sad. But to be honest, Life is actually fair. Even if life give the bad ones, it will promise you that the good things are ready to come to you because you deserve it. Every losses that we made before, just don't be down because every loss you will have another gain and it's something better than before. Don't expect life to be unfair, its just that there is no "perfect", never get it wrong because in the end you will be disappointed of yourself for not realising the meaning of life. So put your head up, believe that everything will be okay even if its not, and its actually a sign you have faith at yourself. To everyone who are struggling right now, i know you guys can do it because i believe in you guys. Enjoy reading it.
