Allie Pelfer is a little insecure about herself, doesn't have too many friends, has a sister that constantly yells at her and has a thing for country heartthrob Hunter Hayes. Her friend Lucy thinks she should audition for a concert their school is having. Allie gets this crazy idea to email Hunter asking him to do a duet with her.
