It's a flashback arc between the Fusion Riders and Mega Voltage arcs. The Rising Volt Tacklers was watching BoBoiBoy's six elements performing Elemental Fusion, and they were amazed when BoBoiBoy used Elemental Fusion, and Ash, Roy and Ult were also amazed when they saw their training with their friends, MK, Mei, Pigsy, Mr. Tang, Sandy, Monkey King, Noir Stardia and Emma Brightness paid off. Then, the others were wondering how did BoBoiBoy's elements enter the Third-Tier Elemental Power anyway, or how he unlocked Elemental Fusion, or how he met MK and his friends. So, BoBoiBoy decided to tell them that he left them a note that was saying that he went on a training journey in the Kalos Region, while he was still in his six elements.

Mega Voltage is the fifth arc of All Star Heroes Horizons: The Series that began airing on April 11, 2025 and concluded on September 19, 2025. The arc is set one year after the battle at Laqua and focuses on the grown-up versions of BoBoiBoy and his friends. The arc introduces Ult, a new companion with his Sableye, and features Mega Evolution as a central element, including Roy's Shiny Lucario, Ult's Sableye and some of Ash's Pokémon. This arc will have more Legendary Heroes that BoBoiBoy and his friends will meet.
