A "disease" has spread through the nation, effecting thousands of teens and young adults. Causing them to come in touch with an old version of their reincarnated self. As precaution the government builds a large fence, closing off almost half of the United States, there is no way in, and no way out. Leaving every "infected" human to their own resources. Clans begin to form and rivalries between each group spark a fire. Years pass and the clans still haven't found a way to get their way back into civilization, Adeline- leader of the second largest clan takes matters into her hands. She is to obey the law in her lower class community and work for the wealthier people in the capitol of Paramount. Always curious about the fence and what was outside of the barren wasteland she meets someone who can really help her understand the corrupted government she calls her home.
