In this compilation of letters in the form of poems from ex-lovers, Elle gets nine people to fall in love with her after she successfully mirrors the personality traits they want to see in a girl. Whether it's beauty, brains or bravery, she pretends to have it all. But the real question is, did any of them fall for who she really is? Did any of them fall in love with the taints under the layers of paint? ❝Sometimes, your soul mate is yourself. You have to be the love of your life until you can find that type of love in someone else.❞
