Carter Sanders is just a normal 26 year old girl who just so happens to be the best friend of country music's sexiest badass Brantley Gilbert. Carter has been in North Carolina for two years after following her now ex-boyfriend there. What happens when she comes home to Maysville, Georgia and rekindles with her teenage best friend Brantley? Will they tell each other how they feel and finally be that couple that everyone in town knows they should be? Or will friendship get in the way and makes thing stay the same for the two?

This is a Brantley Gilbert fan fiction. Based around obviously BG, for those of you that love BG like me, know his song 'You Don't Know Here Like I Do', through out this story I will use lines from that song, and possibly from other songs. The main character Danielle, but called Dani by only her closest friends, and family. She's a almost 19 year old girl, with blonde hair, blue eyes, with an ambition and big dreams of becoming a professional barrel racer, or stable owner. She's country, and no body messes with her unless they want a steel toe up the ass. In the summer she is always fishin', goin' muddin', practicing barrels, competing, partying, or hangin' out with friends. (The intro will be finished as the first chapter in the book called- Continued Intro!)

Meet Harper Avery Webb! She is currently 27 years old living in Athens, Georgia. She is a pediatric/ neonatal nurse that sometimes travels for work. She is ready to settle down and have a family but she has found mr right yet. Meet Brantley, he is an up and coming country music artist. He has one of the strongest fan bases in the music industry. While Rory and Brantley form a friendship, one of them starts to want more. Brantley's music does not line up with his career in this story.
