That is the basics now here's what's going down: Deku's body really cannot handle the quirk he was given because his body isn't healthy to begin with. He has been keeping it a secret from his classmates until he blacked out. This exposed his sickness. Now he is fighting with his own illness and his feelings for two different classmates.

metanoia - (noun) the journey of changing one's mind, heart, self, or way of life. A story in which a quirkless teenager struggles to choose their path in life. They've always wanted to become a pro hero like their idols, but without having a quirk, that dream is almost completely unachievable. They've almost completely given up - that is, until their friend continuously attempts to persuade them otherwise. Maybe, just maybe, they could be a hero too..?
