What values did Kṛṣṇa Vāsudeva, Karṇa Rādheya etc. espouse according to their speeches in the critical edition's reconstruction of the text as it was several centuries ago? Unfortunately, most people of Indian origin or affinity don't make the effort to read Saṃskṛta. Through this book, I would like to make it accessible to my readers. I have created fan fiction and translated the text that inspired it, but please try to sound out the original Saṃskṛta as well, and feel its rhythm. Mahābhārata is fiction in the public domain. In this story, I'm trying to write the events of Mahabharat from the perspective of Arjuna, the protagonist of the epic Mahabharat. This is a purely fictional story from the view point of Arjuna.

There is a warrior who could have ended the entire Kurukshetra -the war for Dharma- singlehandedly, he is the mighty Bhishma. His prowess was so high, that even lord Krishna who vowed to not bear arms in the war, was on the brink of taking matters into his own hands. Besides, being so mighty, Bhishma was also the most righteous person in the entire Mahabharata. But fate had different plans for this revered soul. Despite his unparalleled righteousness, he had to fight for the wrong side of Dharma. In this great war of Dharma versus Adharma, what will Bhishma do? Will he compromise his might and let the righteous win, or will he let his prowess take over and fight for the victory of Adharma? Disclaimer: This writing is based on the Bhishma Parvam narration of Sri Changanti Koteswar Rao. His narrations are based on the great adikavi Nannaya, Tikkana, and Errapragada who translated the Mahabharata into Telugu. I try to present the parts I feel are relevant to the context of this story. I also take the help of AI to make corrections and rephrase my writings.
