But they never worked out, because every unanswered fear, every insecurity, every quiet hatred they held toward themselves slowly pulled them apart long before they ever touched. They didn't see how both of them lived behind masks, trembling beneath old wounds and hidden scars, too afraid that if they were truly seen, they would be loved a little less. How could she save him from falling when she was already shattered at the bottom of the cliff? How could he pull her from the water when he was sinking with lungs full of his own storms? Maybe the stars had aligned for them to meet, just not to stay. Because even destiny knows, two broken hearts can find each other, but sometimes they cannot hold on. Who could they blame? After all, the fault was in their stars. After all, it was written in the stars, unchangeable, unforgiving. Perphaps, the stars aligned to make their paths cross, but never to let their hearts stay.・゜゜・

Living all the way caged, unable to break free, she stumbles a lot neither sure of the path she took nor the steps leading to. Lonely was she, until the light illuminated her path.
