Midnight rolled around sooner then I expected and Anthony apologized more times then I can count about not dropping me off when I asked and I told he not to worry about it. We pulled up to my house and he said, "We didn't spend the whole night together like I would have liked but maybe I'll see you again sometime, besides, I do know where you live!" He said with a little chuckle. "I'd liked that." "Good, how about next weekend, I'll pick you up?" He said it so unexpectedly I didn't know how to react. "Yes!" I said sounding overly excited. He smiled again. Before I got out of the car I forgot that I wanted to tell him how much I liked him, but I thought there was no need for it, because it obviously looked like he liked me. He waited until I got in my house to make sure I got in safely, like you might do some times with loved ones. I walked in and the first one to greet me was my dog Mandy. Mom then asked me how the party was as I was walking up the stairs to my room "It went better then I could of ever thought!" I said with a huge grin on my face as I motioned Mandy to follow me up the stairs. As soon as I got up stairs I texted Sadie and told her everything that happen between me and Anthony. "Hes trying to get with you!" She said excited. We babbled on and off through out the whole night about how our days went. The whole night we were just texting back and forth about jokes and she would tease me about Anthony, but then in a serious tone she said, "Opal, there's something I must tell you." Your just an average 18 year old girl, straight out of high school and like anybody else, you want to travel. You plan on going the the big apple. But you run into someone you never thought you'd see again.
