Sentient Nomu 08 (SN08), escaped the League of Villains. He accidentally becomes a vigilante called Yamikumo after saving some people in broad daylight. Izuku Midoriya was a cute kid. They had curly green locks, bright emerald eye, and was freckled like the nights stary sky. The child also had a simple mutation making them gender less and giving them an extra set of arms, the supposedly obviously name for the quirk was alien. Everything was simple, until they wasn't. Izuku Midoriya is a quirkless 13 year old boy. Because of his lack of a supernatural power everyone believes that he is useless, including his once best friend, Katsuki Bakugo. It all eats away at Izukus self worth and confidence. So he decides to heed the blonds advice and, to put it in his own words, "Take a swan dive off of the roof of the building", though maybe not exactly as he was advised. After suffering from a villain attack in his own house at the age of 8, Izuku Midoriya is rescued by All Might. In this, the No.1 hero accidentally passes One for All to the little boy. Terrified after learning his mother had passed, he runs off. The authorities search for him for months, but eventually he's presumed dead. Tsukauchi really has his work cut out for him when a new vigilante starts growing in efficiency. Using police force wasn't effective, so he calls the only pro hero who can match his speed for help.
