This is a quirkless deku AU. what if Izuku stayed quirkless? What if he went to being homeschooled after the sludge incident? what if he never wanted to be a hero? Izuku Midoriya has been bullied all his life. Soon he chooses to be homeschooled. then the madness begins. Soon the government has him in charge of his own orphanage for dangerous children. Katsuki & Izuku grew up together, Katsuki sees Izuku as his older brother because of the 5 year age difference and Izuku's responsibility. When Izuku was announced quirkless, Katsuki still treated him the same. Since the school didn't allow Izuku's applications to get to UA, Izuku took online school, because Izuku was a natural genius, he graduated early at the age of 15. Izuku's life was normal, he had his best friend, a loving family, and hope that he would be a hero. But his life will take a turn for the worse as he learns that he can't achieve his dream and loses his mother during the car ride back home. This results in his father blaming his son for the loss of his wife and abuses him to near-death any chance he gets. One day during a walk back home he encounters a meeting that he's not supposed to see. What happens next? Read the story and find out! In this world 20% of the world had superpower called quirks. It could range form reading in the dark to being able to withstand the weight of a building. But 20% of the world didn't have those kind of powers, they are normal and don't have any quirk to call their own. Not only do people have powers, but also they are mystic creatures called dragons living among them everyone. No they didn't have dragons beside them because they went into finding form the world. some people with quirks aim to become hero's. until Izuku midoriya came into this world befriend a dragon but not just one dragon but 3 dragons but with the help with Mei and Shinso they will change this world or will they get hurt trying to change this world?

Background of this AU. Katsuki bakugou didn't have the best life when he was younger. His mom stared abusing him when he was 4. That's also when she took his pacifiers away and told him to stop being a baby and to grow up. One night when he was 6 katsuki ran to his best friend's house and knocked. Inko opened the door to see bakugou crying and bleeding. Inko brought him in and gave him one of the pacifiers she had for him. She knew that it was and still is the only way to calm him down. After he explained to her what happened and Inko called the police. She also adopted katsuki. I'm this AU they already have dorms but they move in on the second day.
