When Ben Tennyson's voice starts speaking in his head, Tobias is certain he's finally gone crazy, even more so when he starts seeing Ben when nobody else can. With Ben's help, Tobias leaves the orphanage behind, and the two set off for Bellwood. With Ben's murderer close behind, planning on manipulating Tobias for his own purposes.

The Plumbers reported ice-related incidents where criminals were encased in ice, and it is up to Ben and Rook to investigate this matter.

While in a fight with Captain Cold, Flash discovers a small blue little moth alien that has strayed too far from home. This leads the Justice League down a path of finding out a whole lot of new things about their new teammate and recruit, Ben Tennyson. One of those things being the fact that he is apparently a mother to fourteen little ice moth babies! Hilarity, chaos, and family shenanigans ensue.
